Hi Kim - We're back from Mexico! Thank you so much for booking the trip for us! We loved the pool and the palapas at the hotel. With so many restaurants across the street, we never tired of anything and got a chance to sample many different kinds of food.... Now about that tour. To be honest, I was not looking forward to that at all, but knew my husband would like it. But it turned out to be terrific and I'm so glad we did that. My wife and I were looking at going on a 4-year-long-overdue honeymoon. I looked all over Mexico, but easily became overwhelmed on the options. Kim recommended for us to stay at SUN PALACE (Part of the Palace Resorts) in Cancun. We went, and it was undoubtedly the most outstanding vacation I can remember. It is a couples-only resort. I can't begin to explain the quality of the food, customer service (2nd to absolutely none), how fantastic the experience was overall, how CLEAN the area is (the whole area), the beach, the pools, the tours, etc. It was our first trip to Mexico, but certainly set a very high-mark for our next trip! Kim arranged everything from the airfare/transportation/ hotel and was very communicative on what to expect, what to do, what not to do, etc, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend Kim to set anybody up at Sun Palace or any of the other Palace resorts (as they all appear to be top-shelf in Cancun). In December, I asked Kim to make Flight arrangements for my son to come home for Military leave from Baltimore,MD. Everything was set, tickets purchased....The day before departure a huge snow storm was set to hit so upper command postponed travel. We called Kim and she rearranged his flights BEFORE the military and other travelers bombarded the airlines! Kim dealt directly with my son who was 19 and had never traveled or dealt with such matters. She gave him directions to gates and personnel then spoke via phone with airline employees at ticket counters rearranging flights etc. This lasted into the night and throughout the next day. Her commitment to getting him home went far beyond what I ever could've imagined! The agents fee for setting up travel arrangements with Kim was - for this trip and any other trip our family takes - more than worth it! ...Liz H, Everett, WA
